I want to request Indian Railway to build the berths a little child friendly. I couldn't sleep thinking my 5 yrs old will fall off the middle berth. or they must give lower berth when traveling with a child.

Berth was dirty. S1 got over crowded with general class passenger who were chatting loudly at pitch dark night time. Train reached Cuttack with a delay of 25 minutes, got delayed further and reached Howrah with a delay of an hour. A bad experience overall.

Not secured and not safe in Sleeper Class.
Many strangers enter anywhere in sl class and take sit here and there .

2nd class coach=general class
general class ticket purchase them 2nd class travel then, suffering who purchased reservation ticket, every place every department corapted

Washrooms in Coach A2 are horribly maintained and unclean . The coach itself is extremely old and falling apart. Bedding provided have stains on the sheets and pillows. Saw small cockroaches roaming around on the seats.

Lady police gave us a Ph no. took my name 139 no.didn't work.... seat no. 73 to 78 of SL S7 people over there was consuming alcohol and whole night shouting... No attendent to help. No checker to check tickets... Shame on RPF lady police

There is no security,pessenger entrence in the bougie without reservation tickets, it's denger ,no police protection also,

The AC system temperature was very low in the coach in which I was travelling. I felt cold in the early morning and no attendant was there to attend to increase the temp in this cold season.

stinking toilets, without lights in toilet, dirty basin, no TTE, travel as you wish compartment. My coach was S10. But it was full of unreserved tkt passengers. It was a horrible journey.
