This is the worst train I've ever travelled in. The train was 4:50 hrs late and Railway doesn't have a courtesy to atleast acknowledge and apologize to the customers. Please stop taking customers as taken for granted. I know Indian Railway is now under a useless and spineless Government. However, please try to maintain punctuality and stop harrassing your customers. Worthless Indian Govt and worthless Indian Railways! Shame on you Mr Modi that you are single handedly ruining our every asset of this country.

One of the worst travel experience I did gain while the journey by this so called 'superfast' express. First of all I had booking upto Shalimar, but suddenly before journey final destination was changed upto Santragachi and the rest till Shalimar was terminated. Secondly, it appeared a very poor punctuality of over 1 hour late. Bloody system, bullshit management.

This is a completely useless train, the fan works but there is no air and the bathroom is very dirty and the local passenger gets up in the reservoir, I had done the whole reservation of Saleem but this Saleem has not gone bad

Although I have reservation ticket but seat was occupied by ticketless passenger and unreserved personal... window was stuck cleaning was pathetic and the beggars were forcing for money

Good but seats could have been more comfortable, btw clean seats & toilet is just ok. I didn't eat anything on train so I won't say anything about it but I looked at others food it didn't seemed that much good,also they kept the food near the toilet before serving. Also remember train was 2-3 hrs late. That's it

No TTE Visit in 2S. Bad smell comes from bathroom. Many passengers travel without a Reserved ticket. Make sure to occupy seats and luggage 1st, otherwise it can be mishandled.No TTE, No RPF. Train was 1 hour late.

A number of window curtains are found in damaged condition,more supervision needed. Food quality should be improved. Foods are served in a very small tray causing spillage during eating. Spoon quality to be improved.

train seats are very small in width and can not be sit for 10 hours. congested by unreserved passengers. no mobile charging system except 2 near end of coach

Coach(C1) was very nasty and old also. Arm rest latches somewhere were dilapidated. AC was not performing adequately. Rail authority should take up necessary action.

well conditoned... but the seats were very short inr size rather from nxt 2 a/c chair cars... the seats were much more comfortable in c2 and c3...

overall it was a good food...bit tensed about the quality before delivery but after delivery it was good and food was above expectations...

Cleanliness of the train is good.. Train arrived 39 minutes late of scheduled time.Food in the pantry car is average.AC in the C2 compartment does not works properly.
