M1 3E coach quality is not good, staff behaviour not upto the mark, not cleaned the coach properly, expecting some more good services from railway authority.

Train has cleanliness issue specially on every berth. Black moulds and stain all over the partition walls which is very unhygienic.

6 pm puri pouchne ki bat tha 7 :15 ko poucha bahut late hai.
aur ek cheez acchcha nahi hai is train me reservation kamra me normal passenger journey kar rahe hai. train me koi T T ya GRP nahi hain.

Train was so messy... so derty ... i was shocked ...no cleaner was present there to ask him to clean the floor... I have no pics of that compartment to show you.. i just request you that please take necessary action..
