It was 8 hours late. It was horrible experience. The daily travelers told me that it was the first time it was late to this extent. It was not cleaned and there were no staff to give fresh linen and pillow. Rarely a worst experience in train.

train was 5.5 hrs late. the bedsheets where clean n ironed. but the blankets were folded from previous trips. Hand towels and pillow cover were to be asked for and not given on own initiative. train was not cleaned post last journey

Dustbin cover open even lock is perfect, shop dispenser empty, electrical side cover open, No pest control, No cleaning, bedsheets, pillow so dirty

Train abnormally late. And, even AC coaches local vendors are roaming like in general compartments.... this development is unexpected. Bedrolls are neat and clean.

bathrooms, wash basins are not maintained and are very dirty. At least after 5-6 hrs. it should must be cleaned.

No proper check about coach, AC-II Class ticket but journey provided in AC-III tier Coach, taken fare of AC-II tier but provided AC-III tier coach. As per rule it should be reimburse balance difference amount in A/C.

Newly built train. Late by more than 3 hours at the destination. Worse food Quality and overcharged by catering vendor.

No cleaning staff was there in the entire train. compartment were not clean. Old type of AC compartment were there in which charging point was not available. My coach was B1 51 if u have any doubt just check it

Leaving passengers , prior to destination is not correct service. Specially if train is on time
