food is not sufficient as per the price of the food, RAC tickets should be confirmed at least by the journey of half, we 4 people travelled in RAC for 1,700km

we booked 1St class ac
which was very dirty unmanaged
bathroom was very very dirty smelly no body come for cleaning in between journey hours bogi was jumping too much feel like dancing a car very bad experience never wants to book again ðŸ˜

Everything is ok but I would like punctuality of train timings and consistently, not what is happening nowadays
Thos train has consistently late by more than an hour or two.

the bedsheets where clean n ironed. but the blankets were folded from previous trips. Hand towels and pillow cover were to be asked for and not given on own initiative

pipe of basin was burst and water was flowing due to which we could not use the tap of basin a single time.we tied a plastic on tap so we protect to use by anyone to flow of water on train floor.i already complaint and called to complain contact number 9523097566 and cleaning supervisor 9031780179. but they didn't take any action .

1st impression at Toilets... ufff that was so dirty, water was overflowing and the bad smell, i was about to vomit. addendent was less intrested in passangers safety and requirements. And the worst is train running late by almost 5 hrs. pathatic hopeless and at last attendent comes with feedback copy already filled to the best service. i crossed their already filled option and submitted what I experienced

Mobile charging points damaged and not working.. No water in Washroom... Central AC most of the time not working.. waste of money wrt to 3AC

A/C 3 tier was like travelling in ordinary class. Train Late by more than 2 hours missed my connecting train to Patna and loss of full ticket money of my connecting train.3 full confirmed ticket

food quality was not good.they were cheating us in the drinking bottle.price is 15 and they were taking 20 rupees from us.this is fully cheating
