Worse situation since i last travelled, the mess on the bed, dirty floor, no Ventilation, no I'm not even proper Ventilation but a decent one, AND FIRST OF ALL, the Train arrival time Delay, oh man, 18hrs of delay for real, I'm still confused right now, did i really travelled in INDIAN RAILWAY or it was PAKISTAN RAILWAY..?? felt like, 1947's the Partition of India Pakistan.😭😭🙏

Booking a tie with money seems wrong today. Because the S3 compartment looks like a general compartment. And there is no such thing as protection. I feel like I'm sitting on theirs. I think these things should be taken care of. Take Jad's confirmed ticket and board their general compartment.

very bad... it's late everytime and all unreserved ppl sleeps in reserved sleeper class. it should reach destination at 4.25 but it's 8.16 and not reached yet. bcz of all unreserved ppl washroom quality also goes bad. pls give them 1-2 more general coach as also they want to travel free so they can shift there and T.T can b strict on them if sat in reserved class.. food not tasted so don't know about quality

very Dirty Train coaches. Too much crowded. without ticket passengers enters in boggies and disturbed us. Nagpur railway station is too much dirty, Too much bad smell everywhere as well as in coaches. please improve the condition in every sector like cleanliness, safety of passenger, etc thanks

Very bad Quality train I've ever seen.. on seen also very odour.. toilet flush not working.inside the toilet, washroom cockroach are playing and enjoying there party... one of passenger calling helpline for washroom issue.. but people other side saying from morning to now time evening 5 o clock saying wait,coming, and sometime say call on other number.. .. actually disgusting service...

one of the worst train journey experience.... 1. The train got so late that I had to miss my very important meeting which had cost me gravely 2. All the train staffs were useless and lasy , I had to request 10 times to provide me a bottle of water and bedsheets and further escalating twice before they could listen to my request. 2. the food was horrible even in AC2 tier after paying so much and even after getting so late they had the audacity to say and that too rudely that they are doing favors by giving breakfast when the was late by 7 or 8 hours 3. coaches and toilets were not cleaned and other passengers kept making noise and keeping lights on till 1:30 am and then again started back by 6 am in the morning 4. all the staffs kept coming back again and again asking for tips for their horrible service after paying 3700 inr .... if we get such bad service, then railways should just refund the cost and send written apology

everything worst, peopels should not travel if other mail tickets get available train arriving 3.40mins late at shegaon and at side near Khardi, from 7 to 8am, will reach mumbai be at 10am. pe0ples started fom HOWRAH at 7.30pm on 26th nov22,will reach mumbai at 10.ooam on 28th nov. 22 6hrs late

I think this train schedule should be displayed as, as per route available or as per the wish of traffic controller..😀😀 😡😡😡. I had experience so much bad punctuality of train as so many trains which are scheduled late than this train were given route for their perfect timing. There should also have right to passengers to ask the question to indian railway about delay and Indian railway should refund the some percentage of amount to passengers for fare mistakes and monopoly of Indian railway. I also noticed that traffic controller which are from North India side, always gives preference to non Maharashtrian trains and purposely delayed Maharashtrian trains. Totally disappointed by this train

While I was travelling on Mumbai Mail via Nagpur. The train started ten minute late but while it was proceeding towards Mumbai it became one hour late. All other services like bathroom related matter are normal. This is all during the tour to Mumbai. The journey was undertaken on 18th May 2018.

1) Bills should be given for items purchased from pantry. 2) Air-conditioning was extremely cool. Inspite of informing to coach attendant of A2 coach he didn't took initiative to make comfortable for passengers. 3)Check should be on coach attendants as they are taking unknown parcel and bags just for few hundred rs risking passenger life for 1 city to other. 4) Needs improvement in quality of vegetables served. 2 vegetables served but we're lacking in quality.
