The train is an hour late, no issues in delay, but my ticket is sold to an unknown person by TC and blaming saying I have to be on the train before 15 min, how can someone be in train before 15 min when the train is 1 hour late and the stop is only for 2 min,

iam trying to sleep in the train the shaking like hell.and i dont know the tires or the the tracks those make to much noise.it been 12:15 am 31 July 2024 i cant sleep .

food is very poor the rice is not cooked fully. how you people are keeping those kind of workers I don't know, you people will not eat that rice how you people expect others to eat.. oh God you. people are not human beings

train has to reach BNC at 5:30 or 5:40 maximum by 6:30. it used to reach at 6:30 earlier but nowadays it's reaching after 7 what is this? don't we have work? please do something about it worst timing maintenance

last night we travel Kacheguda Hyderabad to Jengeri Bangalore 20 days before we book ticket when your apps shows high chances of getting confirm ticket then only we book, result as always the same we got RAC 55, if you can arrange a confirm berth then only show high chances otherwise NO USE OF CONTINUING YOUR SERVICES,

worst experience in AC. though I asked the TT to change the Sheets and pillow since it was already used, they did not do it. I had even called the department, yet no action were taken. I was not able to sleep at all even though I paid so much!!

Hi,
my family is a frequent Train Travellers and I book online ticket always, mostly I have disappoint regarding ticket while booking every time system show high chances even though I book 1 month before also so that's why I book the tickets but on the travelling day I mostly gets RAC usually it is not clear also,
I just reached Bangalore from Hyderabad travelled date 5th August 2023 whole night i was sharing RAC seat no 71 with other person,
I am planning to skip your booking app permanently and I will advice my near and Dear not to book for your aap,

it was good train journey without any hesitation .
But the person who takes Genral ticket the aadhar have to checked because while travelling from Bangalore to Hyderabad there was Chainsnacher in the compartment. he showed his General ticket when the Passenger traveling inside near by Door his chain was snatched in moving near by Dharmaram railway station.
This should be checked by the Railway department to take care of Travellers .

Train delay by 3 hrs, No water in rest rooms . Restroom windows broken.
Train coaches maintenance is more important than railway stations as travellers spend most of the time in train not in railway station.

Compartment is older with less berth place and bath rooms are not that good. All W/L people are allowed inside Reserved compartments. And these W/L people Caused disturbance for reserved seats passengers while sleeping.
