we didn't get the proper seats as selected. we are a family of 6, 2 young, 2 older and 2 children but got all upper seats.

Please Dont go back to Login once while booking the tickets ,when we do payment at the time. Once we open the app is should be login IRCTC app automatically.

1hr delay instead of saying it as superfast we can call it express which can cruise up to 98kmph.

train a/c not maintaining properly, cleanliness not there. water bottles keeping bags for all the berths not found. it is essential but why removed I don't know

Was late by 2and half hours... Worst ever experience.. Please try to stick on to departure and arrival timings...as we missed out an event as we didn't reach on time.
