I am requesting to the IRCTC that please don't confirm RAC tickets for anyone .
because we are traveling for a long distance. we don't know what actual postions of opposite.
if you doesn't have seats then please don't confirm seats in RAC . very bad experience for the first time .

oh my god, i never travel this train in future bcz this train is not hygiene, Getting too bad smell in side the train. its difficult to travel with kids.

no water in toilet and pantry persons is selling all food items and soft drinks and chips water bottles selling extra rates in MRP it's so bad

food supplied with small paticals of sand. curd served with spoiled corriender. I hope people who supply such food should served first. it's shameful part of central government charging higher amount and supplies poor quality food

No water in toilets after midnight. Toilet doors are very hard to open or close. Water continuously leaking from the top where ever there is rain. Journey is bit horrible.
