Very hopeless ....You send a Msg stating that the train is diverted...I have cancelled the ticket on line. Then went to PRS but I could not get the refund.PNR 8662934664

only on conjusted ac 2 tier coach. poor quality narrow seats. railway needs to improve this train coaches quality. also need to increase ac during holidays and vacation.

Toilets are very bad , we are really not happy and no train quality fully smelled.......too worst please update all things especially for the toilet smell water leakage....

ever worst experience. train depart right time from Amravati & reach 4 hours late at Tirupati . No food is available. staf is helping
