in the seat there are some pins I can't sit properly hand handles are dirty foot rests are un level totally very poor maintenance of Indian railways this is very shame at least take some care

Dear Sir, train no. 12744 reserved in C2 coatch 78 & 79 but there is no such seats in the coach where we got very troubled and TC could not allocated seats and he changed our seats here and there for station to station which is very difficult to carry with luggage and children. We observed that the coach contains berths instead of chairs and due to the change of coach we faced many problems. We want reason for this lot of problems and compensation for the problems we faced.
