I didn't eat any food in the train but I had tea which is of worst quality. IRCTC should improve the quality of tea and foods and you can raise the costs by some amount.. but always serve the best quality items to customers. because the travellers are away from home isn't it? please treat them with the best , hygienic foods so that they remember IRCTC for long time

People in sleeper class are over crowded. they have occupied the way and sleeping every where on the floor which has reflected difficulty in going for wah rooms as well. Apart from the Reserved people there are many number of unreserved people which feels like a fish market.

Train was so dirty from inside and outside. Cleaning fellow says I got complaint for only this toilet not for the opposite side toilet. He said I won't clean it, There was no water supply in S-2, S-3. Really disappointed with such poor quality n services. Wish to keep the trains clean and clear.

Worst train all general ticket passenger traveling in reservation compartment not even allowing to use the toilet Sleeping in the way No response from R.P.Force. The horrible experience in the Telangana Express This went on all the way from New Delhi to TELANGANA EXPRESS

no ticket check happened till nagpur, despite raising concerns on 139.
no vendor providing quality food and Telangana exp has no excuse.
punctuality is out of the question, when observed previous data.
coach was not cleaned before commencing journey, water filed at nagpur after raising complaint.

Worst travel ever. Train late by 3 hrs. Train was dirty inside out. TC not came. Wait listed & unreserved passengers were in reservation compartment seating on reserved seats. Great inconvinience to passengers with reserved seats. Toilets were dirty. Absolutely rubbish experience. All concerned must taken to task.

This review is only for Telangana Express train quality. I really feel pathetic and bad when I see that bad condition of the Telangana Express train, my journey date is 14-05-2022 with PNR: 2601876927 where I have never seen any train in that much bad condition because people were almost 3 times in a single cabin without a ticket and no one from railway team cares about this like passanger safety, train hygiene etc... I don't know how this review will add some value but I will be happy if the railway team can immediately take some strict action on this.

Actually I asked the attender to give bedsheets ...he was yelling at me that y this people travel in RAC... Now we don't have extra bedsheets ...from where shall I bring and give you... And by the way mine was confirmed ticket.. At last he did not give... That's all about my journey experience... Dissapointed..This is happened to me many times or I can say n number of times I have to search the attender n ask for the required . Thanks for asking the feedback...

It has been observed that wait listed/gen tkt peoples are travelling in SL/AC3 coaches caused inconvenience to confirmed tkt passengers. Even after the things were reported to TTE but no response from them. It may be controlled if rly staff do their duties efficiently.

Coach was too dirty.. When I was boarded the train its was too dirty. Later in tye mrng some staff came and they have cleaned it. And bedding u can't use it that much dirty it was. But train train came in time.. For punctuality ill give 5 stars.. My suggestion is to change these coaches.. And need to replace with new one.

No attendee, could not locate them. No travel kit provided. All soiled bedsheets and pillows were lying. Hence felt like sleeping on sleeper, No A.C coach feeling in the train. Cleanliness being a major drawback. No liquid soap in washroom. Dirty arena and fixtures broken and not well cleaned surrounding. Bad experience altogether. Won't be travelling again in TS express.

Charging point not working properly in the sleeper coach ,... Water coming slow frm the tap ,No any soap was there to wash the hand in toilet ...... Toilet is totally bad condition ,Charging switch also bad condition... train running late also..
