Eventhough booked well in advance, my seat was alloted very near to the toilets which was spreadding very bad smell.
Next time plz take care while allotting seats on first come first serve basis i.e comortable seats in middle of the coah.

Bad Experience with the Train. In this train, General ticket people also get on the Reservation Coaches which is very bad.

Worst coaches. Food Service Quality worst. All kinds of Unauthorised Vendors allowed by TT in the Coaches. No Railway Police seen in the AC coaches through the journey

I am not happy & irritated about confirm tkt because while ticket booking selected Window seat showing in 1080 seats , but booked NC, this is not fair 😖😖😖😖

there won't be, Any difference between Reservation coaches and General coaches, except Ac coaches. Even the TTE will not examine our tickets, its a mess unless you travel in Ac coaches

the said ticket was not confirmed,the same was reserved in the name of Revathy, so TT denied to travel reserved coach,we are very much unhappy with your service

Nice app. useful in all aspects. really one can enjoy by using this app. Train quality is satisfactory. Still lot of scope is there for improvement.

The staff selling the food items seems that they are intended to loot the people's money; carrying biscuits instead of giving change for the paid amount. This need to be taken a strict action by the railway authorities.
