this is a reservation cabin y people r coming from general to reservation even police people was not doing anything it's very bad for family journey better go to Ac cabin. Are arrange extra cabins for general even some people hasn't have there tickets,where was the TC.its very bad very bad

whenever I travel in 2A compartment I always found toilets were very filthy and strong stench of urine I can't breathe at all so please maintain clean liness at all times,but what to do passengers are like that.

RESARVATION करके कुछ फायदा नही, पैर रखने में भी जगह नही, TC भी आया नही बहोत बेकार सर्व्हिस
मुझे मेरे पैसे वापस करो, रेल को RESARVATION किसलीये लोग करते हैं जाणणे की जरुरत हैं,
कन्फर्म TICKET APP पैसा जादा लेके भी लास्ट टाइम तक कन्फर्म नही करता, कन्फर्म तिकीट के लिए डबल /ट्रिपल पैसा चार्जेस लगता हैं

in ac compartment there was lots of disturbance .ppl coming without ticket plus it was very unhygienic as given bedsheets and hand towels were dirty.no cleanliness. bad experiance

compared to earlier days that we witnessed , the standards of upkeep have improved drastically in Indian Railways . neat bogies, and good upholstery are the order of the day . however maintenance of toilets require some more efforts .
stink is still palpable. unauthorised entries and passengers stranded in the corridors, despite humanitarian value , have got a security and nuisance value especially during nights. the coach attendants, God knows what their job is, are no where to be seen so are the TTEs . I think if this issue is out sourced, especially the security aspects, would be of great value to the customers.

No water in B1 Coach in Toilet
There was leakage in wash basin outside the toilet
Complait so many times to TTE
but no respone

train quality etc., so good but many general passangers use to traspass on reserved seat. No inspection Or checking general passangers in reservation coach. So facing Inconvinence and problem about the same, though seat is reserved.

old rakes, third ac toilets ,basin were horrible. The door of the bin in the toilet was broken and hanging on one hinge, the bin itself was half full of water. Side table etc had left over food, meaning coaches were not cleaned. Linen was provided and was in good condition.

dirty train, non uniformed vendors, and questionable quality/cleanliness. plus loads of beggars throughout, kept returning twice and thrice. am looking forward to the new proposed changes and am happy it will be better for irctc as well as passengers alike.

Every time this train arrives late as it continued this time also late by 30 minutes.
No washroom facility available in vijaypura railway station previously complained by SMS and got issue has been resolved. However this time also all washrooms are locked out in the station.

Old compartments and at few stations pass holders board reserve compartments and occupy seats. They feel is as there right. Don't know why TTE and even flying squared keep quite. The day on my journey. Flying squared is there in the train and till Solapur. But no action taken this issue is between Tandur and Gulbarga. This is not first time. I had faced it many times as I travel often between hyd and cstm

Needs improvement in reservation system on system of ticket confirmation very bad experience while going ahee thu indian railway especially for food services provided by it toilets were very dirty nit at all cleaninnes hated a lot
#while coming to Mumbai it was good seating arrangement.
Overall needs improvement 8n reservation system guyzz
