the IRCTC staff was taking orders for dinner in S7 Coach... got aggressive and started murmering... when we said we dont want to order food. i dpnt get it it is our decision to buy or not. we have always had bad experience with IRTCT food so we dis not order... anyways after buying of food is good or bad u guyz are not going to pay us back right... and we have no yime to run behind the consumer court 🙏🏻

clean with mop is good idea. why this blankets are too dirty. why dont u clean nd pack like bed sheets. if u charge for that(even 100rs)nowdays people doesnt care. its not hygenic. soused things

the toilets STINKS. why not get it cleaned at least 3 or4 times.
why not introduce a pay and use toilet and bath rooms between A/C coaches at a rate of 50 rs for toilet and 100 for shower. I am sure we will have so many users provided you keep it super clan with cleanes aboard.

The train did start at the right time. But got delayed in between intermediate stations for a long time. The AC was too low. Not worth the money.

chennai to Kottayam nobody cleaning bathroom and waste bin.. toomuch smell.. TTR not taken action. clean boys nothing work. this train nothing food facility plz provide canteen. Tku. Take action 🙏🇮🇳🙏

Food is Worst! why Such a canteen is running?? if not possible to assure that the passengers are not getting good food...Then what's the use of such a system.

for the past two months without any reason it enters Salem only 15 minutes late.salem station personnel know that this is the train normally come to platform 4 by 8 p.m. I donot know what prevents the signal man to give clear signal to enter.

Train movement is good.all most correct time reached my destination.but train cabin fasility is very bad oftentimes power failure,and no switch board available to charge my mobile phone.

The toilets ran dry when the train departed from Chennai Central, but was filled by the time it left Arakkonam. That was the only discomfort experienced during my journey from Chennai to Coimbatore.
