very bad experience no charging point on train no lock on washroom tied with rope,seats are very discomfort and general class people are coming inside and sitting in reserved seats when we complaint to TT he is saying we can't do anything so bad experience

punctuality has to be improved. lot of time goes in waiting for signal after Vande Bharat these trains are loosing their punctuality. food needs to be inspected often. very unhealthy.

scope for considerable improvement. No pantry service was available for D2 covh on 18th July, 2023. No TTR for up and down journey was available in the coach

their was no eletricty on charging points food was not good and seat are uncomfortable i wish seat may push back so passenger will comfortable to sit in long journey and train was so lag

very comfortable, and the train arrived in the given time which made us to plan accordingly, thank u confirm tkt very easy to use and timely train status was updating which made to know about the different stations, arrival etc

all ok but no announcement in coimbatore station and maintenance and all very worst.led monitor not showing coach position.even train came on yesterday coach position also not informed.earlier ten years back erode and coimbatore nice maintenance and led monitor train number posting and coach position mentioned nicely.nowadays nothing doing erode and coimbatore station so much income come from this two stations.not connectivity on Pollachi station.very worst

There are no western toilet in this train. Senior citizens and those who have health complications like knee problem will face problems in using Indian toilets.

Hi, i travelled in CC ,the train was clean only thing in one of the toilet hand wash basin hand wash liquid was not good which smells bad,please check into it and try to resolve.

No water in any of the toilets or wash basins of Coach B-4 since 2 am on 15.12.2019. Surprisingly, no water was filled at Solapur Junction or any other station before its destination.

the coach had very limited luggage loft. passengers were forced to place luggage in between seats and along the aisle. the seats tables were broken. it was a bad experience. very uncomfortable journey

Train was late by 2 hours missed my one office meeting worst worst dealy wake up every minute second is important to bus but u ppl won't understand valve of money learn from Japan

not at all punctual and this train is testing the patience of the passengers really making us fool and important thing is that if any exam candidates and attending interview then don't depend this train
