ON THAT DAY DUTY TTR WORK WAS NOT PROPERLY SHE TO ERODE. AFTER THE CBE TO PALAKAD TTR CHECK MY TICKET AND HE TOLD MY TICKET WAS CANCELLED BY PREVIOUS TTR. ON THAT DAY I AM IN THE TRAIN BUT AM WITHOUT JOURNEY IN RAILWAY RECORDS. GOD GRACE ANY INCIDENTS AT THE TRAIN, IF ANY BAD INCIDENT I AM NOT SECURED BY

I preferred WS before confirmation, after ticket confirmation it was showing WS itself, but when I entered the train and saw my Sitting, it was in the Middle.

D7 compartment is not phone changing points for any seats..disgusting..when our country has already implemented 5G. toilets are not kept clean and hygiene. only preaching publicity is" Swach Bharat" but not in action. D2 compartment No Pantry Service??

use less bogie no seat with cushion very diffuculty to travel.speed of the train was very good.BUT RSILWAYS CAN IMPROVE THE BOGIES AS NEW ONE LIKE VANDA BARATH THANK YOU.

It is unfortunate to note that while ticket booking is done, The seat allocation is not shown. After the payment is made we come to understand that the seats are allocated in different locations and not together and if you cancel the ticket there is a substantial loss of money. This system needs upgradation. While travelling with family the members are allocated seats in different seats at various locations and sometimes in a different boggles.

This train has all old coaches and has only 2 A/c coaches, which is very less. All the coaches should be replaced with new one and a/c should be increased. Cleaning department people came only once that too towards the end of journey and instead of cleaning they made it more dirty by putting water.

Train Quality Nil with No Water in Toilet,We don't accept Tissue Papers like Westerners.
Punctuality is Wrong Word related to Our Railways, in Railway Dictionary there is no explanation for Punctuality.
Food Quality Should be the yard stick to build good relationship with passenger, selling totally Northern Food in Southern will not work out. They sell lousy foods.

Unfortunately first time in recent years I had opted for 2s and the experience was not god.
The compartment is free for all, icludng beggers.
The cleanliness needs to be taken seriously.
IRCTC uniform for catering staff is an assurance, but the food is not up to the mark and no bills are provided.AC compartments, posters for bills , else food free can be seen, but I think no such provision is applicable here.

Toilets are not in hygienic condition. Regular maintenance appears to be not taken care. Food is served in open boxes. No price list of food items is ever displayed.
