Feels like traveling in the boat... windows are not shutting properly.. so, rain water came inside.. we travelled in the water covered compartment... can't put the luggage and all... overall very worst experience...

This train is a prestigious one.... running between Chennai to Coimbatore and Mettupalayam
this train is still on ICF coaches
it should be upgraded to LHB COACHES

be careful when booking sleeper class in this train as all the hoaches are very old and all the berths vibrate a lot. you cannot sleep. impossible. top berths worst. please do not book. ac coach bit okay in vibration, but side upper berth is very high. cannot climb up.

my seat RAC, but TTR not given seat , side by selling seats to some one , this is not process railway rules and regulations, iam traveling with my kid also , my kid crying, he is not given seat

We didn't receive food and When we went to use the toilet, the smell came and the idea was that it would be better if the liquid was there.

The railways is the most mismanaged organisation In India. Only 1 of my 1st AC tickets were confirmed and we couldn't travel. The people at the information desk, reservation counter did not know that I had to file form TDR online 30 minutes before our departure time to Claim my refund. Pl do something that will help me to get the refund.

This train is made to wait after Jolarpettai Jn (JTJ) mostly at Karuppoor (8 Km before Salem Jn SA) for the train 22639 to overtake.

Inspite of being a popular train, still operated with old ICF coaches. No pantry car available being an overnight train. Having to cover a rather short distance, delay of 20+ minutes is quite high.

The train was late by half an hour and a light cover constantly vibrated through out the night. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The Train started exactly on dot . But near the destination it was a bit late. The cleanliness of the compartment was better. I found the TTE is courteous . Food and Pantry not applicable
