In each station Toilet needs to be cleaned wherever it stops for 5 mins and needs to refill the water to use the toilet. this is applicable for Indian railways. One Railway police to be deputed in Each boggy. Wifi service to be improved in train.

Everytime the train gets late by 1.5 to 2 hours, moreover just by 1-2 kms from destination howrah junction. Why man? Why will we suffer this again and again?
i have been suffering each single time whenever i had travelled in this train.

is there any SL Reserved coaches in this train...Big question...Too much people are occupied illegally in SL coach...there is no safety of luggage while traveling... worst train ever that I suffered...

transgenders are mostly distrubing , cheating etc.. and also no security staff, toilet maintenance are very poor, waitlisted passengers are more than confirm ticket passengers.

good maintenance .. but reservatis not a coumpetable another person resavation comparts at sleep 😴😴 this is very to much and T.c was not ðŸšðŸš« no cheking ... next time 😞 be careful .... thank you

train is some what good but some people are taking general ticket and sitting in reservation which causes more inconvenience.Squad had fined them but for example if something like valuables is stolen from reservation passenger by that fined people then how the police will trace without the records of the fined people.This is a major concern.please look into it take proper action by taking full records of that fined people like taking aadhar card details like that.

in 2A, comfortable was quite satisfactory. toilets were cleaned with bio system. punctuality is offered from the onboarding station & it's horrible when comes to food time.

we travelled in 2nd ac,but the ac is not colling sufficiently,it was not attended even after several complaints with the tte and ac mechanic.

There is no difference between the SECOND SEATER and UNRESERVED coach. It is filled with 2S Waitting passengers and they occupy our seats. We are forced to fight fr the seates.

excellent train, Cleanliness in 3ac, 2ac,1Ac as superb, 2AC is the best in this train
Food provided by Pantry was very simple & Not very tasty, I booked food from food on track by Irctc
In all 2ac coach only 1 slow charging point
so it took littlre time & effort
bang on time or before
loved the journey
I loved the way they kept the bathroom clean

veg lunch was charged Rs. 100/- without roti/poori without water and even without curd and papas. The bearer says. whatever is given by contractor is offered to customer and they are not ready to accept the fsilure
