Train started at trivandrum by 8hrs late i.e., at 10 pm and compartments are very very old ones

Train 4 hours late. I tried to cancel the ticket as per train late by more than 3 hours policy. But not yet get refund amount. I complained many times but not refunded the amount this date 16-4-18. Why irctc cheating the people?

actually, quality of train is bad , but we cannot go further without marking star, such a long journey train but poor coaches

cleanliness can be improved highly. even in A/c coaches the sink was blocked and the toilets were dirty. the coaches were very old and needed maintenance badly
