2A side lower berth ,AC not sufficiently, inside cleaning was very poor. For 24 hours journey,1time cleaning done, mop didn't done. 2A side toilets were 3A travellars mostly used,no restricted.No pantry.

Worst experience, With out ticket, normal, waiting list ticket crowd ar more then the booked one..people are sleeping in between the walkable area.
No water,no toilet cleaning. poor service. then for what money is taken from confirmed passenger.

We could have even better quality coaches for such a long routes. Toilts were not clean, not only clean, they not even in condition to be cleaned by person. Toilts need repair. Also, windows are not good. Plus, very very less room for upper seaters. A person can't even seat properly on upper seats. Bad Indian mentality and we are against development and smart technologies.

Garbage bins were overflowing, no liquid soap was available in dispensers throught out inspite of bringing it to the notice of tte and attendent, compartment was filthy and never cleaned and dust was flying.

worst experience with this train 3 hrs delay it is unacceptable and train cleanness very bad no proper mantaince no security guard in coach need to improve

There was no handwash in the toilet and in one of the toilets there was a hole and all the water was falling on the track out of it.

D1. coach. reservation ticket passenger & unreserved passenger both are same coach journey. it is worst experience

ok but attender to decide unautherised person to allow inside after taking amount i just went to five minutes bathroom after arrive unauthorized person site and have food am asking that he info attender to direction it totally wrong please clarify that issue

cleaning of coach and toilet has been improved w.r.t. previous.A lot of thanks for doing it in world largest railway system.

Excellent train. I have travelled in many train. This train is awesome and arrived to Tirunelveli 10 mins prior to the estimated time
