The couch windows and the screens are very poor, the screen mounted very badly and the purpose of the screen is defeated.
Cockroach is disturbed our sleep.
there is no water in the restroom

A/C was too high in 3AC compartment and washrooms were too messy to step-in. Elderly people found very difficult to use. please rectify the same. Thank you.

train was neat. The pillow and sheets were also neat. Train was in time. cleanliness in the toilets should be improved. Hand wash soap can be provided in the toilets or on the outside next to the basin. I did not order food. So no comments on the food.

Food or pantry option not applicable for this train since only 7.5 hours running time that too night time. Cleanliness to be improved because every wash basin could not be used due non free flow of water and all basins are loaded with stagnated used dirty water. This has to be addressed.

I didn't get train tickets, I have paid 664/- for two tickets I got only 550/- as refund.
but I gave 5 stars for everything...

Excellent services . But the allotment of Berth to the Srn.Citizen
Should be lower Berth and not at any cost Upper Berth. When co passengers are also not accommodating you have to help us in this matter.
