maine train book ki thi waitlist me sath me train guaranty ka plan bhi liya tha train confirm nhi hui or 3x refund ki koi jankari nhi hai or na hi koi refund aaya hai customer support bahot bekar hai keval computer call hoti hai mail ka bhi koi reply nhi pls don't use this app

you have charged me extra 900 rs for confirming ticket and you didn't gave me confirm tickets that's ok but you don't return my extra money that you have charged for confirming ticket and the coupon is only valid for 7 days what is this policy

O did mot travel this train because its delayed more than 4 hrs and it is reached mid night on changanasheri station.
once we noticed this much of delay we were raised cancellation TDR filed.
but the whole payment is LOST so far we didnt get the money yet.
further this app is not accurate mainly coach postion recently its giving wrong number.
also through this app whe we book the ticket mostly saying no seat available or regret etc
once we use other app we can get ticket on same train and we noticed the same train have lots of vacant seats.
please look into it
any how I lost ₹1400/-😡😡

Train reached WL station with 1hr 45min delay but anyhow reached NDLS right time, toilets are not good, doors also donot have proper knobs inside, high number of cockroaches in 2nd AC is a serious concern, no neatness both inside and outside compartment

Sleeper coach is also like General compartment. Some body driking liquor in side train.They are souting & doing vomiting. No neet ness .toilets total worst. Pl arrange security other wise very difficult to Ladies. even Army people also drinking in the train. Is it our humanity?

water bottle sold in RS. 20/- and pantry boy, mentioned MRP Rs 40/- on jeera soda bottles given in Rs 50/- .... toilet not clean and Veg Biryani given in RS 80/- on packet Railway pantry price was not available......wooden spoon given upon Veg Biryani was damaged

there are lot of insects like cockroaches flying and getting into my bags. Also if the people get out at intermediate stations, there used Bedsheets and blankets are not replaced with new sets. the rest room is really worst and smelled very badly. the over all quality and tidy essence is to be upgraded. I didn't order much except coffee/tea. it was ok.

the Indian railway operator has make the system corrupt I've booked my ticket 1 months before and today it's not conform after the waiting list was just 22 the indian railway only knows how to earn money they have grown up the quota of tatkal why only for earning 💰 money the ticket I've buyed.. is for a army person which is my dad.. feeling too bad for this it happened thrice with me.. what to do...

most of system updated, bathroom cabin etc..but pantry car still they r on forgery bcz yesterday i got correct measurement glass 150 ml for tea/ coffee but today 30 jun i got tea in duplicate 150ml glass. Proof uploaded on FB & now on this site also

I travelled in 2ac and the coach is so old, the quality of coach as well as toilets are pathetic. If 2ac coach are so worst, what we can expect of pantry car and the quality of food we can expect. If I rate in total, it is 3rd rated. Never ask the above feedback for any trains runs in South India. All rejected coach's are shifted to South India.

very poor. all beggar s from first to lost coach easily walking from trichur to Coimbatore without any checking. is it super fast. train late by two hours. is it checking by ttr without ticket holders. ttrs duty was only ticket holders checking only, but without ticket holders nobody checking

We travelled Trivandrum to Ernakulam, in 3AC. Train reached 45 mins. late at Ernakulam Junction. During the journey, only blanket and pillow was provided, no bedsheets given, telling that it is only for long distance passengers.
