On 24th Nov, I took A1 Coach Vivek Express from Dibrugarh to Nagercoil. I was very disappointed because the train and toilet was extremely dirty. I have taken Sleeper coaches whereby the toilet was much more cleaner compared to A1 coach Vivek express. Apart from that, I'm also surprised there was a delay of 10 hours. IRTC should do something about this. The TT was not helpful at all because a passenger (an Army Junior Officer) paid a full fare but was put on waiting list and all the TTs refused to help him and give him a place to sleep in the couch for 3 nights. At the end, he had to sleep on the train floor.

in S1 coach water leakage from roof fan side during heavy rain...cleaniness of seats and windows was not satisfactory....please I request railway authority to look in cleaniness inside train especially during rainy days...

no panty in the train.. the sellers use to sell beyond their printed prices. 3*3 seets in J - seater compartments are really uncomfortable and no privacy as next person can clearly c what we r doing even on mobiles

Dear sir In matsyaganda Exp washroom is not clined samli, coach is not clined & cocroze, rat in this train give us cline & net services pesngers supering facing these are problems.

increased number of stoppage between Mumbai and Goa has degraded the quality of train. high foot fall of unreserved ticket passengers make it difficult experience for passengers traveling in reserved class. govt should bring a better train to Mangalore with limited stop within Mumbai and directly Goa after panvel.

what is the meaning of reservation so discomfort while travelling as some passengers are sitting down the seat and some are sleeping why it so happening whose seat are reserved it is very discomfort to to washroom and by filling unnecessary crowd their is increase in theft also

it is very bad experience during the journey , there is all local ticket people come in to the reservation coach and there is no TC no other people to control the things it is very bad management of railway and i think every year people facing the problem if management people not able e to sole then they do not have to sit on the management chair

Every coach must have at least sound speaker to educate all category people about cleanliness along railway track. Because India moves on train. Even all central government scheme can be made to reach people.

unreserved passengers get in to train at Ratnagiri and Chiplun forcibly occupy gangways and create nuisance and make sleeping passengers travel miserable for which immediate measures has to be taken by railways by appointing securities at such stations and make passengers travel happier one so that they feel their effort made to book tickets 4 months in advance has bore fruits.

The train reaches Panvel on time but after that it takes 1.5 to 2 hours to reach ghatkopar and then another 30-45 minutes to reach Tilaknagar. It is advised to leave the train at Panvel and take a Local train
