Even unreserved people also traveling in booking coaches such a worst experience I've ever done.general ticket people also traveling in reservation coaches.
people are sitting near doors n washrooms.
I request Indian railways to provide good facilities

neat and clean bogey, started right time from Chennai and most of the time was on time.
Food quantity was okay but quality can be better, no rate card provided.

very dirty and poorly maintained cleanliness every where. staff is cleaning only floor. walls, roof, berth sides, berth backside everything is poor maintained. toilet with dirt. RT from beginning it's bad

Some person are selling gutka and jarda in train.
Then train is running fast his seet is vibrating.
Dust on fan.
Please see the toilet his condition is poor only one dustbin in one box you have to arrange more dustbin in train

train was delayed by 2 hours but some how it actually did not felt like that. very neat and clean. service personnel are very polite and prompt.

Toilets were very dirty. In one latrin, there was no water in basin and in toilets of Coach A1, there was no water at all. Floors were full of water. basically floors are not even, hence water is getting stuck up there and hecr floors were very bad.

food and mobile power swtiches are the problems i faced. The evening time snack pantry sellers must use gloves., touching the food wirh bare hands another problem i found.

Sir, GT TRAIN PANTRY FOOD SERVICE VERY BAD QUALITY AND THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING IRCTC RATE LIST . THEY CHARGE FOR VEG LUNCH 100 AND 10RS FOR TEA. PLEASE FOLLOW UP THESE ISSUES.

Still the pantry car contractor cheating passenger and charging extra money. I had an argument with them then they took the correct amount. Still it's a serious issue.
