after so much of loose timing the train could not reach on time...though it crossed Ghaziabad around 7.30 but reached ANVT at 8.40

Train overall good but feedback of 2nd January is very bad from my side. Timing at Anand Bihar Terminal on 2nd January was 8:25 am, but reached at 4 pm.

The bogie of train is uncleaned both from inside and out side. The toilets are dirty fowl smell coming everywhere. Inspite of complaint no action was taken. Train was late for an hour.

Good one option from Gorakhpur to Delhi for official person to start journey at Evening and reach out at Morning.

Was in B7 Coach...One water tap from wash basin was missing and water was flowing from it during entire journey. At the end of journey,i found Bags of many passengers incl mine were soaked with water.I expect better service level in upcoming future.

Mosquitoes are flying all night and cockroach also moving on. when i asked for a hsnd towel then he said i am getting only 50 towels for 144 bearth then how can i manage to provide all.

This train is worst in terms of punctuality. Speed is pathetic and stops anywhere. No pantry car available. Only outside vendor service.

All fire extinguisher outdated.......No maintenance......People are travelling on own their risk....This pictures are from B8 dated 15 mar18.

I will recommend please book ticket in this train.Ever time this train get late 5 to 6 hours,There were lot of mosquitoes & cockroach in the AC coach also sanitation was not good.
Once again request you don't travel in this train.

Mostly Train delayed approx 2-3 hrs .... Will never suggest to someone to make journey with this train.
