I was very upset yesterday because I had to go to Bareilly by this train due to some urgent work and my train was 10 hours late. I am complaining about this. I want my money back because I had to travel by another train. And I will not recommend this to anyone in future.

very bad experience..Punctuality has nothing to do with this train.Very poor management.Railways need to improve.Maximum trains are held outer side of city.Trains delays led female travellers face many difficulties and unsafe to reach their home due to odd timings . This train reached Lucknow Junction at 1.15 am at night

worst train that ever exists. a journey which would take about 6-7 hrs, has taken us double the hours.... pls discontinue this train and terminate the driver. this is ridiculous 😡😡what experience do u want passengers to share😡

when train is late for so long , it should be cancelled. Refund should come automatically. I have not travelled on this ticket . pls tell me how can I get refund ?

interior can be more interested. use perfumes at the origin and also in the middle.
If person traveling with 2-3 big bags, Can he/she get enough space for this.

Its a good effort by Indian Railway to start and maintain such a nice train.
I pray God to give wisdom to travelling passengers not to litter inside the coach.Please start campaign to educate the passengers not to litter inside the coach or at station premises or anywhere on roads.
Cleanliness and punctuality are the areas of improvement.
Seat arm rests were not cleaned, food trays were dirty and specially the window glasses were not at all transparently clean.

totally waste, seats not good and not at all comfortable at all. taking more than 9 hrs with just 3 stops total waste.
