Yesterday I traveled in this train and the cleanliness in this train was not good at all. The bathroom of this train was very dirty. No cleaning staff came.

train wà dirty with uncleaned compartments at the starting station itself. AC1 FC was filthy. The train staff had allowed additional passengers in FC at night!

The Train runs so late that it gives an impression of a local train.It makes the journey very boring. Not a good train for those who want fast and comfortable journey.

when the chances to get confirm seat were more than 80%

No catering facility , Train Delayed from delhi approx 2.5 hours and all general pessengers let down on reservation seat and also no space availability to go washroom .
that was so panic situation.

Train was at right time before Allahabad. It was stopped at Subedarganj for 30 min without stoppage. Again it was stopped at Allahabad for more than 1 hr. Result 1.35 late at Manduadih. When we will see our trains at right time.

Cleanliness was average in 3TR. Train was delay around 2.00 and this train is getting delayed everyday on an average 1.45 hrs.Food is not available in train, we ordered food from Neelam hotels at Allahabad junctions.

इस ट्रेन में पैंट्री कार नहीं है। और आज यह ट्रेन 21:05 बजे तक नहीं आपने गंतव्य तक नहीं पहुँची है। अभी यह ट्रेन राजातालाब में है। अब तक के सफर में सबसे खराब ट्रैन है।

Passengers travelling without tickets, were allowed in the compartment in presence of RPF and TT. Were allowed to sleep on floor thus disturbing the free movement for toilets.

बहुत बेकार सर्विस है
अगर लोअर सीट का किराया बढ़ा सकते हैं तो RAC वालो का क्यों नहीं कम कर सकते किराया केवल लूटने के लिए तैयार है आप । पूरी ट्रेन बदबू मार रही थी, पैर रखने की जगह नहीं थी
