next time i will not prefer to book sleeper class why because they equal to GS so not comfortable in sleepr coach kindly request to you please maintain more TC in coach for confirmed berth only allow into the coach

maine 4 months pahle ticket banaya 12 waiting me 4 month ke baad bhi ticket confirm nhi huwa or jo tatkal me ticket ban jata h kaise..... I am very disappointed this train service....

mobile charging plug 🔌 has bad .it's not working. bathroom also not clean .all bed front data cable is not working. please do repaired properly.
Ac classs has look liked as slpeer class. food also good but he didn't give salad and vegetables only give potato. he didn't give green vegetables.

This train is always full. people without reservation also enter the reservation coach and disturb the passengers without place to even move around n the TC also ignored n let them all sit without reservation. horrible experience 😢

koi gadi hai bahanchod 12 12 ghanta let aati hai Bharat mein Insan ki koi kadar hi nahin hai gadi ko divide karke dusre root se bhejte rahte hain

the coaches are dirty and poorly looked after, the bedrolls are stinking and dirty.
although, the on board cleaning staff travels they seldom come for garbage collection and toilets are dirty.

very poor service by Indian railways. As bedroll has not been supplied at the origin station to me by the train attendent. Train was also running 5 HR late...

Worst maintenance of washrooms. Indian railways should concentrate on maintenance of coaches first... instead of spending too much on Vandebharat trains

worst experience
I have booked my ticket 4 months ago
I haven't got a confirm ticket
and a seat
my ticket is still in waiting
and in this train there is a Lot of rush don't prefer this train
huge rush is there that we can't go to toilet
when the seats is full
though the counter person give ticket this should be stopped
if the seats are full they should not the waiting ticket

During my journey from KSR Bangaluru in 2nd AC, I experienced very bad, No water in toilets. Bogies were not cleaned so well and train was running 1.5 hrs late form its shedule.

coach no. S1 is giving abnormal sounds while runnning more than 60 kmph. I am unable to site on my reserved seat no.9 which was illegally occupied. Reserved coach is like general compartment. please maintain properly.
