The train experience was incredibly disappointing due to overcrowding. There was simply no space to move or breathe comfortably, let alone find a seat. It felt more like being packed into a sardine can than enjoying a mode of transportation. Overall, the lack of personal space made the journey extremely unpleasant.

Amazing experience of newly manufactured Boggie's. N.eat and clean washrooms. Every Berth has its dedicated light for reading books exactly like commercial airlines. It arrived Manduadih 30 minutes before time. Best train for Varanasi from Delhi as it runs over-night

Train was so dirty in in B4 coach as well as washroom, after complaint on railway team, improvement was good.

punctuality was perfect rather train arrived 20 mins before time. cleanliness in AC first class left a lot to be desired, the seats had a layer of dust, no adequate tables for eating food was provided. one small table for 4 passengers is not sufficient plus the table was really dirty. blankets were torn and dusty. bedsheets were clean though. toilets were really dirty and always occupied by other passengers from AC 2 tier. one toilet had no water in the flush

I think train is. Good and cleanliness is very good aa compit to others train but train is not punctual. I have missed my 2 nd train today's bcoz this train is too let .
