First of all train journey to achhi Rahi but Jo Bihar seen chal raha hai ki koi bhi kahi pe bhi ake baith ja raha aur seat kar le raha ye ghatiya mentality hai logo ka ek to Bina ticket ke chadte hai reserved seat capture karke nawabi jhadte hai ki thoda sa adjust kar lijiye aur adjust karte Bina ticket ke hi lamba journey kar lete hai

Even people without tickets board the AC coaches and there is no one to stop them. The AC coaches are so crowded that AC passengers are not able to board. So please take some steps for this.

The coach of this train is very old and the toilet is very dirty and the smell is very bad. Please try to get the entire coach replaced. General Coaches should be removed and only some sleeper coaches and AC coaches should be kept. Thanks

very disappointing there is no way to confirm my ticket I always book my ticket before 15 still my ticket not confirmed plz improve your management there is lot broker is there who selling seat in just 500

train me bahut bhid hai ye railway ki laparwahi hai bina ticket, waiting ticket yatri aur chalan bhar ke jane wale yatri ki sankhya bahut hai ye Sleeper bogi na Genral bogi se bhi badtar hai

train is poorly maintained.mosquitos are there and more disappointed with pest control.. cockroaches are very much in number..very poor pest control.. washroom is well..just one instance I am posting but lower births are pathatic with cockroach menace??????

ट्रेन में रेल नीर पानी की उपलब्धता कराए और ड्राइवर चेंजिंग प्वाइंट पे टॉयलेट की और कोच की सफाई हरेक जगह कराई जाए।

I was traveling in B1 coach and 47 no seat,,, window glass was too dirty .I told staff to clean this but reply was " avi Ni hoga sir".. midnight train was near Lucknow and it was raining there... heavy leak from window glass made my luggage wet... washroom roof was also leaking..not a single mirror of the train was clean..I was traveling from mfp to anvt on 20th July 2018... train was almost 2 n half hr late when reached anvt...lots of improvement needs.

please note tea rate is only 7 rupee but here giving 10 rs but not for tea here no clean washroom,no water in washroom.. passenger very this type of issues but how can do for this issues that's why I writing a review.thanks

This train was late by 8 hours ...food not in pantry car ...any person not come my coch for cleaning ....very poor service ...any train not running on time. very flop minister mr goel and mr parabhu also.

Confirm tkt prediction was wrong. Even my waiting list 2 hasn't got cleared after their prediction. I had to change my travel plan on last minute becouse of their poor service. And on the top of it they sent me a mail for writing travel review.!!
