Day by day this train is going to become a worst train. There is no punctuality of time. Everyday late arrival time is increased. so due to all we passengers face alot of problem we book our tickets earlier for reaching to our destination on time but due irresponsible duty of authorities we all loss our valuable time....
For making India as fastest transportation country Railway ministry will take some strict step .....

The worst experience of my life I get in this train .Even though I have a ticket of 3rd AC the TT was not providing me a seat and was selling that seats in black.I faced a lot of problem no blankets was provided

AC Coaches are found as low quality of Sleeper Class, focus on maintaining hygiene and services rendered needs to be maintained consistently for making India great services for the longest network connected to every part and heart of Indian people. रिश्ते दिल से जुड़ते हैं, दिखावे से नहीं।

बहुत ही खराब अनुभव रहा है, ट्रेन में बहुत ज्यादा भीड़ है। पैर रखने की जगह नही है। वेटिंग टिकट वाले बहुत बैठे हैं। बिना वेटिंग टिकट वालों ने फाइन देकर पर्ची बना कर चढ़े हुए हैं। बहुत ही तकलीफ देने वाला सफर है।

there is no defference between general and reservation coach.. Even we cannot go to toilet because of so many people. 100s of people not have reservation ticket but still they were in that coach. very bad arrangements of railways..

complaint multiple times on a given number in coach for cockroach cleaning..but no one attends and cleans the birth...I also called on 139 and registered a complaint but only promised to attend and clean ..but no one attended..

right now I am in train I concern about the lady TTE she is really behave like layman .she came around 12.:32 and ask for ticket mean while I was sleeping . (According to the rules of the Railways, even the Ticket Examiner (TTE) of the Railway cannot check your ticket while sleeping.) (2) the train jerk heavly when it start at every plate form . I hope you take action to reform it. kindly inform me regarding this.

very bad service.
passengers seat are allowed form irctc but when the passenger are reach to station then find who are allowed seat'coach are not add in train and missing the coach num D2

very very poor punctuality and food availability was null and also cleaning,drinking water not available in train..this is very shame...my journey experience is poor for this train. Thanks.

Gorakhdam train is one of poor train in our country. Because today is 1 January 2018. It's time to celebrate happy new year but train 16 hour late. Till now I have did not gone to home. From my side gorakhdam train is a poor train

bloody type management by Indian railway . Pilligrim has-been fade up there services.Need change on the urgent basis. No housekeeping team move still , toilet are dirty , utilities water not available.
