But all are dependent on irctc that's bad. Because over 60+ got middle and upper birth and in the train there are many younger those are entertaining lower birth .

1st AC was not worth. dirty toilets... too many vendors going up and down.. Bed linen not clean and still wet. attendants impolite

worst experience with indian train journey from kgp to sbc via train no 22863 on 24.7.23 and from sbc to kgp by train no.12553.maximum train daily ie.10 hrs and 8 hrs.vety uncleaned coach in B5 and B2,Pantry car food quality not upto mark

very bad experience Staff are very rude not cleen bathroom smeel coming all times. I'm never travel this this train. 6 hours late

The train was very dirty with no cleaning person. There was a water flow inside the coach due to wash basin pipe leakage. And we asked the railway staff member who is on duty in that coach, they said we are not responsible for that issue. And the coach is full of stinking.

Worst train, the train was so dirty anyone can imagine. cleaning staff were not there to clean the toilets, this was my 2nd journey and I would never ever book this train

washroom not clean, flush doesn't work, seats are dirty even the staff can do nothing. food provided is very expensive and quality very bad. takes to long to reach destination.

In toilets either spray is not working or liquid soap is not available. Berth allotment is faulty. Couple with child are not spared. This happened many times while coming from Balasore to New Bongaigaon, not vice versa.

There is no dustbin in my coach..wash room flushing gun not there. wash room like general coach.no pillow cover given by attanedant. i will share all photos. still same issue with Indian railway.

train was late for 2 hour.no one is coming to clean the train.and food quality is also not that good.they r switching off ac many times.so not happy with the experience this time

No charging points for side bearth even 2 AC, poor quality of the seats. Food was not upto the mark, veg meals 110 but less quantity.

Rest room are not to be cleaned properly. crossing and stop need very long time. so I m not satisfied for timing and cleaning related.
