A good train, time management is praiseworthy but lacks a decent catering / pantry.

Don't know why the train has delayed for more than 9 hours and train may reach yeshwantpur junction at 11pm almost more than 10 hours late.
we believed better to travel in train instead of bus or flight.
I have missed an meeting which is very important to me due to the train delay.
And also no water,food supply to have

My train timings are mentioned @ 13:40 but still waiting till 14:30 and i enquired to TTE they told me the train has been delayed and it will come @ 16:30 so this is very bad service...

train cleaning poor, punctuality good but not better, food quality is very poor

There is no difference between reserved coach & general coach, lot of North Indians occupied reserved coaches without no hesitation, pls take care of this

General tickets passenger use in SL coach.
No benifit in SL tickets.

worst train journey ever i have seen in my life. my seat was conquered by bihari people's even though they are not having proper tickets. TTR never knows what happening in his duty time

sleeper coaches is like same general compartment and no cleaning staff available toilet are very bad condition

Better than nothing. No panuchvality, no neatness, some times no water in toilets, most of passengers travel without reservations, not sufficient to passengers, IRCT is not maintain quality and quantity food most of TCs doing duty with neglect.

When train came from ittarsi and near vijayavada train is neat clean but allahabad and Jabalpur not good condition no water in Ac coach then see sleeper and Janaral coach please try to clean Andra & Tamilnadu
