It was so cheap. In sleeper coach the other people those who have not having ticket which was booked or something else, was inside their. Therefore the journey was so terrible. The authority have to manage it......

passenger bring in too much luggage more than allowed. must get staff to check this. passengers dump the luggage in the corridor, not possible to walk

it's a nightmare journey. fully packed reservation compartment as general one. I even complained Rail Madad app regarding this issue but RPF visited me at Chennai station and convinced me saying it is common in these route trains you should adjust. Many families travel long distances without reservation for days together. I don't understand why they will not plan earlier. It took nearly one hour to use the bathroom so pathetic. you have to stay still in your seat for the entire journey.

worst train never ever happened in the life...i was booked in sleeper but i was standing since where i was started journey...i seen too much of without passanger in train...no one considered about them

average train. a lot of stoppage and mostly delay during the journey till Nagpur but it make up the delay timing between Nagpur to Itarasi and delay time reduced to 30 minute.

worse experience these is no water available for washing hand nd very crowded wd ppl who don't got confirm tickets. I don't understand y they take booking when there is no birth available.

worst experience to run with this train train is too late like 9 hrs aprox.neatness is very bad.No any control of TTE Regarding outside passenger..TTE running with this train just like statue.
If possible please look in to this matter....

Worst train still same as it is.. Full rush railway issue unlimited tickets waiting.. Even to get into my confirm seats have to fight local tickets guys total occupied tt run away worst tt get money from all alow all in reservations compartment

very bad experience. un reserved passengers allowed in reserved compartments. ttrs or police persons are not even bothered. the people are occupying the seats allotted to others.

very bad experience with the train because Ac was not in proper working and housekeeping was very dirty. no any housekeeping people has come in B1 for cleaning

Passengers are facing problem due to non avability of water and non cleaning of washroom. Coach S7, S8 and S9 washroom/Toilet is not clean and non avability of water.
