very very bad... ttr didn't came to check... travelling in sleeper is just like a local compartment... no cleanlines... sleeper coach is contain full of waste... i never ever recommend this train... very bad...

TRAIN WHILE COMING TO CHENNAI LOOKS UNCLEAN. BUT THEY GAVE FRESH TO REPLACE BEDDING SETS. FLOOR AND WASHROOM IS TO NASTY TO USE. PEOPLE HAVE SPITTED THE PAAN, WATER IS STAGNATED IN BASIN FEELS VOMITTING. Not Hygienic

train was late by 3 hours on Gkp junction. it departed 3 hours 30 mins late from the station. it is travelling so slow and stopping at every upcoming stations. it's already 4 hours late to my destination. worst punctuality. not even 1 star can be given

This is the worst train experience in my life, I will recommend to everyone not to travel on this train, no punctuation, worst cleanness, 1 rating is also more for this train.

Experience was worst, people who had taken general tickets those people sat in the sleeper couch, they jammed door area infact we could not able to use washroom, this is wrong they took general tickets and sat in the sleeper, no ticket checker came in almost 20hours of our whole journey. This was the last time I'd booked RaptisagarExpress 12521 from now onwards I'll never book Raptisagar Express 12521 and will not suggest anyone to do so.

Worst train experience ever..we have booked tickets under takakl for sleeper class..but our seats were already occupied by other people who doesn't have valid tickets.. after long struggle they released our seats . but they didn't leave.. it's better not to say about cleanliness of our coach..govt bathroom will be in better compared to this shit hole.. never travelling in train again..thank for the worst experience India railways .

Please do not travel in this train. Waste of tym. Runs too late. No charging boards. Worst birth. Uncleaned toilet's. Very bad experience. I suggest do not travel in this train

Third class service. 6 hours late while departure addional one hour late while arrival. Toilet seeing is a punishment to passengers equal to death punishment. TTR never come till end of the journey. 72 passengers compartments are filled at least 90 to 100 minimum. The train is running with TTR is a big question. Such a third class journey I never come across. Total railway is sleeping. If any one to be punished they can be given a seat to travel in this train.

First thing I would like to give -5 for the punctuality of this train. 5 hrs run late due to this I missed my 3A confirmed seats and traveled in general in the connecting train. Coaches are in drastic condition unhygienic not cleaned. Coach attender is irresponsible in supplying Lenin. Overall a very bad experience from past 14 years of traveling period. Don't prefer this train of you planned to catch connecting train or for flight.

Waitlist passengers travels just double more than confirm ticket passengers,the trains very full and packed of passengers.so I am requesting to the government Raptisagar train should run daily with extra coaches.

I am very sad to travel in this Train..there is no cleaness,at least charging points not available in any coach.food quality is poor.and punctuality is very bad 8 hrs late what is this.
