the train quality is too bad it's so dirty I can't say never say such kind of dirty train I can't use the washrooms it's smelling like hell The attendees were fully drunk the washrooms were not cleaned once that why it was smelling like hell will never travel again by this train

Very very bad experience, hats off to Indian Railway for such a great delay of more than 6 year's. since 75 year's of our independence there is no improvement in Railway. Government has not paid no attention.

Very bad Not in a condition to use the Toilet . No one is allowed to enter the platform without a ticket, and this is the condition of the railway toilet there. Please direct the railway authorities to note the matter of toilet clean.

Worst Train 6hours late. Train Quality Worst in the Train all people board at BJP and Kishanganj without Tickets or General Tickets and board in Sleeper reservation classes. They make bathroom worst, no water in bathroom all gutkha and tambaaku split every where. TT also collects fine from them and allows them in sleeper class no police guards. At night you can't walk for washroom and handwash. Interesting think TT when making recipts asking details on Adharcard none was able to tell correct details. Don't know from which place by travelling in this trains they are spreading across the country. Don't travel in sleeper berths in this train you will have worst experience no security for your luggage and pockets also. They are directly sitting and sleeping upper births not even asking for permission. Really scared of travel in that train and moreover transgenders disturbances in every stations after crossing BUBANESHWAR. Very worst train.

worst train journey in my entire life. No one came to check tickets. Reservation compartments are like general compartments , even no place to stand. very very worst train and worst service from Railways.

Very bad washrooms...no neatness...mostly things r broken...u must provide extra in dussera vacations...people r troubling the confirm ticket passengers...seats are tight

The train ran 5 hrs30 mts late. That's not the matter. IRCTC sent me updates. As the reason, I cancelled as it effets my further upward flight journey. Still you are going to refund only 50%. when it is running 5hrs30mts late. Is it correct ? 360/- is not a matter. But the procedure is not correct.
