I have made a reservation seat in S7\ 25 . But you're given general tickets to other people. how is it possible? ... And the Washroom is not good means some washroom sinks are not working properly water is not came and water sink also is stucked

i have a journey 2AC ticket tathkal with an extra charge seat no A2 5/6 side upper and side lower, seat is very congested every one say now train journey is very smooth but what is this? this is a seat? or zoo? i think it's required to change seat size,,,,

trust me I really hate Train policy,
one thing if the ticket not sure they should tell us before payment. you guys can show us clearly which is booked
I'm really disappointed about this policy
again if they canceled they ticket they should returns all the money why are taking cancellation fee?
please. change this policy don't make us foolish. try to have some respect please 🙏

the train remains overcrowded and the passages are mostly blocked
the AC compartment doesn't get required attention ( bedding , AC temperature, Bathroom & Cleaning in the coach)
cockroach are in abundance
Railneer is not sold but promotes other brands

the condition of 2AC coach is very poor ,general cooch is better ten then AC
this train is running later always
last time in 3rd Oct I traveled in same train ,on that day it was Kate by 6.30 hrs
hot water has been charged for rs 30

It is too bad, even reservation people are struggling to travel in this train. Sleepers containers are like 2nd class container, all general people are sitting along with reservation people, this is not fair for reservation people and not feel safe, struggling to travel.

bathroom is so dirty from the departure station. don't know how to manage for 2 days.. where others trains provide pillow & bedsheets bt in this train they provide nothing in AC. wrost experience ever.

No cleaning at all. Coach is not good. Very bad position of Toilet. The entire coach is brooken. The A/C attend has given dirty pillow & bed sheet. Experience a bad experience. Have paid the money like flight charges. Indian Railway has ruined.

Train and toilets are too dirty. Blankets are very dirty with stinking smell. Surprise to see that all the blankets were torn and full of big holes in it. Railwsy Ministry is only spending money for publicity but practically very bad and we don't know where those funds are being diverted at the cost of non provision of

why these trains won't maintain punctuality after entering into assam..till assam they used to maintain punctuality but after that no one knows when we will reach our destination..pathetic experience not only once it's everytime..

it is a good train but it is a very long distance train it takes 60 hours to reach Guahati and it gives stoppage in 40 stations my suggestion is to reduce the station stoppage and it will take less time to reach Guahati it will be pleasure for the passengers to reach early as it is very hard to stay more than 2 days in train
