No value for money as after crossing west Bengal people doesn't bother about classes. With my ac ticket I found all are same. General peoples are sitting on AC class and even TT also didn't telling them anything. Worthless.

A very horrible journey with my family in an AC two tire. More than 100.nos of cockroaches have been killed, and dead bodies were lying on the floor unclaimed. Such a pleasant journey we never expected from this 5G world. Hats off to the respected Railway Minister for our unhygienic, unpleasant and horrible journey. You hi-profile people also take the chance with your wife, Kids for such a great valuable journey. Some photos attached.

pantry Food was Good , But when I asked for the bill the didnot gave the bill and asking Rs 150 For veg food ..And later when I argued,then pantry staff told me that he gave the bill at katihar...

2nd AC Seat रिजर्वेशन पर RAC 51 सीट थी उसमें दो यात्री साथ में थे रात में दोनों यात्रियों बहुत प्रोब्लम का सामना करना पड़ा
दो बार टी टी साहव से बात हुई पर दुसरी सीट का arenge नहीं हो पाया
सीट का फेयर 3495रू था pl.visitor से ऐसा ना किया जाए

train reached Aligarh 5 hrs late. mughalsarai tak train right time aur prayagraj se 3 hrs late aligarh pahunchte pahunchte 5 hrs late. pata nahi kyun Indian railways ko hamare time ki value hi nahi hai, sirf apna dinner bechne ke liye train ko daily late krte hain... totally worst experience with Indian Railways

I have travelled with this train for a very very very bad experience, got an old pillow cover and didn't get a towel & the blanket that was so dirty Even I purchased food quality was very bad, washroom was unhinged

Pathetic condition of the second AC coach, all bathrooms are dirty and their door locks are in bad shape. Even the wash basins are choked. All this despite the train has an on board maintenance team, but it's hardly taking care of it. Passengers pay full fare, but get to board the train after nearly a delay of 5.5 hours, just imagine what they go through during such a harrowing journey.

It got 1 hr late at boarding time. Also at delhi it was 4 and half hr late. the ceiling fans was not working throughout night after various complaints. Unbearable at summer times. Toilets most dirty.

too much late by 8 hours. Toilets extremely dirty.. no taps in the wash basin. general ticket passengers boarding in AC and sleeper coach. no proper checking and restrictions. worst train of Indian railway.

It was a horrible trip. The train was dirty, the linens were dirty and behaviour of Coach Staff were also not good. It was late by more than 12 hours. After Katihar, the tea supply by Pantry Car was stopped. The train after Katihar looked like a market place as many retailers selling from different gadgets to bedsheets, garments, cosmetics etc.were freely moving causing immense inconvenience to passengers. Quality of food was also very poor. On all counts , I will rate this train extremely negative... negative.

The train always late and pantry food has no much good it is only average and for cleanliness my suggestion is to put a dustbin inside the train so passenger need not to throw the east paper,bottels and food inside that dustbin and it should checked at every station by staff or a tc.
