very bad . No punctuality. Cleaning is also very poor. Passengers with General Tickets and unconfirmed , entered the reservation coach and disturbing.

shame on Indian Railway. it's become routine that this train is getting late by 2 hr. what will happen in fog then. if situation is not under control, then why new trains are getting started.

passengers without reservation should not be allowed to enter in reserved coaches. there was lot of chaos regarding the seats as the passengers having tickets were not getting seats

i have not travel in this train as it was late by 05 hrs and applied for cancellation but no revert and taken fresh ticket in Asr shatabdi as Shane punv BD

wash rooms were pathetic 😒 it was visit of me and my family , the entrance of the coach was stinking badly since 1 kilometers. The station we're very ba. There was no cleanliness and hygiene IRTC need to take some action ti improve the services .

train was 1 hour late from current time.i don't know why but railway department should know about this matter and the most important thing is that i booked ticket from confirmtkt but when I was visit on my boarding station sudden a notification came your ticket cancelled why this app did this tell me reason.in my life it was a worst experience.🤬

Please take care on the maintenance of cleanliness in washrooms and of dustbin.. even water supply was finished in half of the ways.... And the food was too costly and not in such condition to eat .

I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE WATER BOTTLE HAS BEEN SERVED BY IRCTC STAFF , WHICH WAS VERY SMELLY AND HOW THIS IS POSSIBLE THAT MANFUCATURING DATE IS 3/9/2019. AT 14:02( AS SHOWN IN PIC ) AND IT IS DELEVIRED BEFORE 1 HR TRAIN SCHEDULE. PLEASE TAKE STRICK ACTION AGAINST YOUR STAFF.

all was good...but from beas jn to ldh jn a huge mass of peoples in reserved coach d6...how can these peoples enter in reserved coaches...these peoples not made reservation...what is the difference between us and those peoples.... although we made reservation...a small baby with us also very suffered...please make some law....

Train was very dirty and heavy rush in this train actually local ticket passengers are allowed in this train please improve the facilities
