Sleeping Seat was not in good condition of AC Coach B1 (12481). It's teared.Railway staff talking way was rude.

Train cleaning is very bad.

रेलगाड़ी अच्छी तरह से साफ नही थी और हर एक स्टेशन पे बहुत देरी से पहुंच रही थी।
रेलवेज की सेवाओं में कुछ खास तारीफ करने योग्य सुधार नहीं किया गया है लेकिन सेवाएं महंगी जरूर की गई हैं फिर भी कोई सुधार नहीं। आज भी वैसे ही देरी से चलती हैं जैसे पहले चलती थी।
हमने रेलगाड़ी का खाना नही खाया। घर से खा कर आए थे।
धन्यवाद। उम्मीद कायम है के कभी तो अच्छा और जरूरी सुधार होगा।

I got booking in coach no DE1 seat no 43,train no 12481 from Delhi to Sriganganagar, I am very surprised to see that there was no water in toilet right from delhi. it means no body thinking of cleaning. it's shameful on railway services and govt who is crying of Swaach Bharat .

the seat no were totally faded. the travellers had a total bad experience.
train was late by 3.30 hours.

third class train... called as a passenger train instead of superfast....... daily delayed by approx. 2 hours.
