I had a very bad experience even though my ticket was not confirmed then they deducted the amount 318 they why I would have chosen that option full refund you are not refunding my full amount what I have paid 958 rupees of I didn't take any benefit

No pantry in train,No cleanliness in SL coaches,water problem in toilets,No proper tabs washbasins,,,Train running 6 hrs late so horrible journey ..various stopped at small stations..

The coaches don't have the boards to display the coach number and wrong coach number were indicated on some coaches very inconvenient for the passengers and no security available
