Good service and cleaning quality.The train journey was very good. I also experienced one thing that a fan was not working. I immediately called the train staff and they reached the next station to repair it.

very bad 😞 experience because train was no yet at the station train was no running. I was pay 150rs all options to fill cancellation by train was not coming my money waste no refund pay why

Maintenance very very poor
Wash room very dirty. Seat cloth are dirty. Govt should take care of maintenance of old trains, besides starting new routes

the train was 20-25 min late but over all ots ok but hygiene of the train is worst and many people where without tickets

Train was very dirty, toilets in very bad condition, no water , w.c . choked. . It was late by 2 hours 20 minutes. It was not having pantry. IRCTC HAWKERS WERE AVAILABLE AFTER HALF JOURNEY i.e. after Ambala cantt. only.

We reserved our tickets... and then we got d seats but the crowd was very disgusting and it was well over crowded as we cant even go to washroom and bcz of over crowded all were having trouble and fightung with each other

washrooms are dirty in all coaches.....i want to give no star for train cleaness...it was like prison when i was going for pee.please clean the train we are humans..even dogs clean the surface when they sit.

I couldn't traveled due to domestic prob. But not possible to cancel it as per railway policies so didn't get refund. It deserves zero rating....

Very bad experience travel with this train. A/c not working and gate making much noise.I complaint to TC but no responsed. C-2 , 71
