One of the Most Worst Train No 12434 Rajadhani Nzm to Mas. Second class and First Class AC compartment are More Jerking and Continusally Shaking , Like Tracktor Trolly... for Seat Changing TTR was not responds.. If complaint problems need to tell in online. If patients, pregnant womens must avoid this Train.. very worst jounery.. money wasted.. Going Like Tracktor Trolly full jumped.

Ticket collectors are too rude and taking and preferring money by saying I will cancel your ticket even ticket is correct but at last it's TT mistake everyone questioned him so, he went right back again

Toilet areas are stagnated with water, the flooring system should be rectified in a suitable way so that no water stagnation remains. Further separate food keeping areas should be provided. Now nearby Toilet & WB area it is used for keeping the food items before serve.

coach no 4 my mera sabhi saman or baki aide coche ky yatriyoka saman toilet ky panise bhig gya , mara important saman tha , mara nuksan ye harasment huwa hai, train gwl my 2ghante se jada let thi,.

I feel Bedsheets are taken back when customer are reached the Designation, but here two hours before itself, they have asked customer get up and taking tje bedsheets and sit on normal seat. now a days all the trains are behaving like this, I thought without any instructions from Irctc how can they behave like this to the customers. I dont think so is it write way of doing this to customers for 80% of comfort.

Am travelling by 2nd AC. Here is my feedback:- 1. Train has not maintained its reputation of reaching on-time. Currently we have another 400 kms to go before our destination and it's already 2:10 hrs late.. 2. The food served was of third-class standard, the dal/rotis especially..very pathetic!!! 3. The coach (A-4) was very old and not fit for 2nd class AC.. 4. Punctuality-wise - woeful. we have got a connecting train to catch tonight at 23:35 Hrs(Rockfort Express from Madras Egmore), but I'm afraid we are bound to miss it, since this Rajdhani express (12434) is already running more than 2hrs 15 mts late.. My Question is : Who will recompense us for missing the connecting train to Trichy??? This doesn't show the Indian Railways in good light, does it??

Very bad experience never ever been a bad experience in train can't sleep through out the journey too much shocking and jurcks.

food quality too much low, during dinner the bread did not make properly. there was half portion of bread eatable. the non veg should be lightly fry, but is boiled

Worst train service. Food is so bad. 100 kms before Destination People who work on our compartment came for money as tips. worst food service

Food quality was very miserable. Cleaning level was very low. Caterer is not supplying food as per entitlement. I request to the authorities to pay attention.

Food Quality must be improved. Tips rates are higher - RS 100 is collected from each passenger. toilet maintenance can also be improved.
