bedding is not cleaned. For past many travels seen used bedsheets are given. every one raises concerns. this is norm in smaller trains. New ironed clothes have different smells and textures. Need to look into this

1AC cabin was good, however washroom was too small inspite of having proper space outside. Washroom could be spacious.

pqwl 4&5 not clear after chart & also deducted 150/- in total refund ...... this not good if not clear seat & facing a problem & railway deducted amount......

first time a train reached on/before time. I could reach my office without any hurry. I wish railway to keep up this performance.

Cleaning sheet in toilet broken, charging point not functioning, dirty dustbin and all this in First class compartment.

The side upper and side lower berths in Ac 2 Tier were very less in size and it was not easy to accommodate with a child. The new structure of side berths is very bad. There is not enough space. Its like a servant bed in a 4 Bhk flat.

Train was neat and clean well cleaned toilets. Punctuality rate is higher train follow actual timings.

I booked a tkt on 21 Feb with WL/80-81 which became RAC on 1st March, after chatting on 4th March one passenger got confirmed but 2nd one still in RAC with the person who booked tkt on 4th march with current WL 45. Pathetic service of IRCTC
