sheet quantity is not good Because sheet no s4 39 is not set properly so I'm not comfortable to sleep and a thief is our birth but railway staff can not any action she is very dengrus

Bed sheets served were soiled. pillow cover was stained with sputum. Attendant did not change the items despite informing. Below Standard quality.

our experience with confirmtkt was very bad when I ordered the best and most expensive thali I was served with their lowest and worst quality food the food was very bad and they cheated us when we complained about the food to the delivery boy he told us to complain.

train relatively on time with neat , toilet and wash basin were in bad condition , seems no maintenance in yards during wash .

i got suggestion from ap that if you are booking your ticket from rewa to delhi instead allahabad to delhi then there is a 100 percent chances for confirmation but my tkt was not cofirmed it was RAC and i had to pay extra payment.

There is no control over the cleanliness of the choaches. Mostly sleeper choaches have lots of dust and dirt toilets were stinky like yukkk.

This train is always having dirty coaches. It seems the coaches used in this train seems to be rejected from the other trains are used in this train. This train never be on time except in occasional cases. This train is made as superfast train but Railway Administration always treat this train local passenger train. This train runs to the Capital of out country but maintenance on this train is very poor and bad.

The toilets was very very dirty and not able to use , as i started my journey from Satna and it near to the starting point , then also the train toilets was dirty from the begning.

Toilets were so stinky. Wash basin pipe had a leakage and its water was spilling all over the floor. Train was approximately 1 hour late.

Train is late more than 12 hrs. Sr officers has not taken appropriate decision to choose alternate ròute for the other trains.
