cleaning more important for improvement. some pulish officer come in 3Ac without tikckets they are dniks and high volume gossips this verry samefull for railway staff.

The coupling of our First AC was autrocious. It was making a lot of sound and all the passengers were startled by its jerks.It was giving lot of perks and making a lot of sound whilst stopping and moving.....Very disappointed!

The coach didn't have charger at side upper and side lower seats. Had to face quite some issues due to this

Everything was poor, it was 7 hrs late and toilet was very dirty and the on the births cockroaches were roaming.

too much late...... ran 2 hours late even the train that runs after this train left the station before it...... and it running speed is very poor....

Very poor bed sheets as all were wet. Toilets are very pathetic. Such trains are classified as super fast but no care for time to reach. Railway is only interested to charge more fare and cheat people
