mere ko mere destination Tak nahin pahunchaya train aur let per let hoti Rahi . aaj ke bad mein confirm ticket se ticket confirm nahin karunga kyunki mere ko ISI ne yah train batai thi mere ko Mera refund chahie mere ko mere station per bhi nahin pahunchaya

There is no charging point for side berth and charging temains unavailable at night. Side lower is only reserved for RAC ticket. Do not fill preference berth as side lower berth.

The handle in toilet is broken, leakage of water, in some toilets no water pipe is available only container are kept. Very poor conditions of Toilets. Doors of compartment entry make noise not smooth.

there is slight improvement in this train in terms of late running reached destination by 2 hour late but was overtaken by so many train overall average train for patna

no staff had come . and im unabble to enter my coach s9 bcoz inter conecting door was stuck . its very bad experience. the most shocking part is tte know the thing but not try to rectified this problem

Rush like general coach. In S9 I seen 120 more people traveling than reserved capacity of 72. If 200 people traveling in one coach, how can we get comfortable journey in Sleeper. instead of RAC TTE allow to travel WT Traveller and General ticket Traveller. Very worst situation in Indian railways

Food rate very high. North Indian food should be in all the trains of Northern India region and not food like " idli/sambhar etc."
Every items of food are sold more than printed rate by erasing or painting on price. Punctuality of trains are very poor.

The train toilets are very smelling and water is empty in all the taps. The train is usually 4 -5 hrs running late every day. Its the worst train I have travelled ever.

extra coaches are to be connected,specially in festival season,so that people got more and mor confirmed seat,and rush is not happen in sleeper coaches,specially in festival season

Nothing to write except kindly improve the punctuality of the trains.
Decide a percentage of refund [30% Refund on every hour of delay of train as there is already 100% Refund for 3 hours of the day]
When we're being charged for each & every facility, U R providing in train, then why not we should ask for refunds against the facilities, U R not providing to us.
