ticket not confirmed but from last 5 days it is showing 78% chance ..I had to go with general ticket .. please don't make fool to the people by showing 70-80% confirm the chance falsely...if you can't make ticket confirm then please don't show the % of chance so high..

Many people without train ticket entered in sleeper class but TTE could not take any action against this......So horrible experience.... So, why should we book train ticket if anyone enters in train without booking reservation ticket?

This journey was not very good for me because many people bought general tickets, especially one lady bought general tickets and sat in my seat for a long time, I didn't like it at all

I booked this train at waiting list 35 even it was showing 80% chance to conform but at the last moment around 2 hours ago it say your ticket is canceled like what the hell is going on man!!!

very boaring journey in sleeper class. I have never seen it before. all unreserved passengers are were traveling in reservation compartment and we are suffering in this boring journey. please look into this matter.

as i got the ticket for RAC i had some difficulty while sleeping, as 2 person had to sleep in one seat. Now the government should close this RAC policy it becomes really very difficult to sleep like this

Train runs to time /started from Sealdah on 28/09/2019 at 11.20 PM and reached Jalpaiguri Road on 29/09/2019 at 10.15 am i.e. excellant but Conditiopn of Lavatories of Sleeper Coach are worst. Train number 12377.

Waitlisted/Without Tickets/Begers found keep disturbing even in AC couches whole journey to which railway has no control and no measures instituted.

Train bathroom doors are modified. It's a different system to use. But it should be more comfortable for the old persons. Some people faced a lot of difficulty in opening them.

Very good mentain train from passenger from sealdah to mldt, i am very happy to glad for jurney with good ticket collector, mostly thanks to all station master to crossed every station to mentain the tran traffic in this rought to crossed every station

they placed the beddings before boarding the train, as soon train started we slept, morning by reaching kishangunj we got ready from morning duties. thereafter breakfast was asked but rate card was not shown
