cockroaches in the coach should be killed by spray. The bathroom should be clean on a regular basis.

Train quality was not up to the mark.
Timing was not maintained, it was delayed for almost 2 hours.
Food quality was not at all good

Train cleaner boys were unprofessional.. they were throw out garbage bag from running train.. passing Wastages forcefully from vestibule..
I also see them to doing passenger's feedback by themselves... by using PNR no..
this is unfair n cheating..
food are below standard.. no dinner came after 8pm.. no lunch came after 12:30pm..

none of the train vendor came to sell drinking water. facilities like drinking water and snacks provision should exist in long routes.

Train is premium. The problem is only related to bathroom. No water in the coaches in the entire journey. Toilets were dirty.
Indian Railways need to take care of this.

Running status did not updated till 05:30 am.
It was jst showing Varanasi as next stoppage till 05:30 am.
And at 06:15 am the status updated and i saw it was written train departed from Gaya Junction.
I left my train. Plz tell me whose gonna pay this ticket charge for me. I came Howrah from another train (Poorva Express) by buying a new ticket. Plz help
